2018 Bais Bay Medical Mission

• Serves 5 towns in the area--Manjuyod, Mabinay, Bais, Tanjay and Pamplona.

• Foundation for Philippine Medical Missions will collect/purchase medical equipment and suppplies requested by Bais District Hospital.

• Ship 2-3 40-foot container vans, worth $1,800,000 of equipment, supplies, and medications which will all stay in Bais District Hospital after the medical mission.

• A team fo 120 surgeons, general practitioners, dentists, nurses, technical and other support staff will travel to the Philippines at their own expense to provide the following services:

  • Major surgery

  • Minor surgery

  • Dental clinic

  • Outpatiesnt Clinic

  • Eye Clinic

• Helping 12,000 to 14,000 people from the five towns.

• Negrenses del Oriental de Minnesota are responsible for costs of:

  • Local transportation

  • Food and lodging

  • Shipping cost from Cebu City to Bais

  • Customs tax

  • Storage of supplies and equipment in Bais

  • Security for all volunteers

• Total funds we need to raise for our responsibilites is $54,000.
